I've been living in the UK for over 28 years now and I came to the UK through my dad's right, I have a step-family and I have suffered alot because of them, my step-mother forcefully married me off to her nephew in Bangladesh (I was far too young at the time), she convinced him to leave me as soon as I brought him to the UK and gave him legal status (my son was 5-years-old at the time), and that's exactly what happened. Now I am happy and I help myself. I live alone with my only child, he is currently 25-years-old. I pray to Allah that I am happy for the rest of life and insha'allah Allah will find me someone who will never leave me and stay with me forever!
